Bu politika, Know You mobil uygulaması ve knowyou.zapustudio.com tanıtım sayfası (birlikte “Hizmet”) üzerinden kişisel verilerinin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Uygulamanın tarayıcı sürümü yoktur; tanıtım sayfasında hesap açılmaz ve kişisel veri toplanmaz. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) esas alınmıştır.

Know You yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir.

1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim

Veri sorumlusu Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren Zapu Studio’dur. Gizlilik başvuruları, destek, içerik şikâyetleri ve hukuki bildirimler için tek iletişim adresi crezapstudio@gmail.com’dur; yazılı başvurular da bu adres üzerinden alınır. Başvurular ücretsizdir ve en geç otuz gün içinde yanıtlanır.

3. Diğer üyelerin görebildikleri

Profil kartındaki ad, kullanıcı adı, yaş, şehir, ilgi alanları, tanışma niyeti, profil fotoğrafları ve doğrulama rozeti diğer üyelere görünür.
Mesajlar ve sohbet medyası yalnızca sohbetin diğer tarafına iletilir. Karşı tarafın içeriği kaydedebileceğini veya ekran görüntüsü alabileceğini unutma.
E-posta adresin, telefon numaran, kesin konumun ve IP adresin diğer üyelere gösterilmez.

Verilerini reklam amacıyla kullanmayız, satmayız ve üçüncü taraf davranışsal reklam göstermeyiz. Uygulama içi duyurular yalnızca Know You ürünleriyle (Premium, Like+, Boost) ilgilidir.

5. Moderasyon ve yetkili erişim

Güvenlik, şikâyet incelemesi, hukuki yükümlülük ve destek amacıyla sınırlı sayıdaki yetkili moderasyon yöneticisi saklanan mesajları, sohbet medyasını ve mesaj isteklerini görüntüleyebilir. Erişim rol tabanlıdır, görseller kısa ömürlü bağlantılarla açılır ve her yönetici işlemi denetim kaydına alınır. Bu erişim pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.

Şikâyetler otomatik cezaya dönüşmez; her bildirim manuel olarak incelenir. Mesajlarda bağlantı veya telefon numarası bulunduğunda mesaj engellenmez; mesaj içeriği kopyalanmadan yalnızca inceleme için bir işaret oluşturulur. Otomatik müstehcenlik analizi yapılmaz. Tek kullanımlık medya görüntülendiğinde sohbetten kaldırılır; olası bir şikâyet için erişimi kapalı bir yönetim kopyası en fazla 90 gün saklanır.

6. Aktarım ve hizmet sağlayıcılar

Verilerini yalnızca Hizmet’i sunmak için gerekli olduğu ölçüde, bizim adımıza veya kendi sorumlulukları altında işleyen aşağıdaki sağlayıcılarla paylaşırız:

Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase ve Google Cloud): kimlik doğrulama (e-posta, Google ile giriş), veritabanı (Cloud Firestore), dosya depolama (Cloud Storage), sunucu işlevleri (Cloud Functions), web barındırma (Firebase Hosting), bildirimler (Firebase Cloud Messaging), analitik (Google Analytics for Firebase), çökme raporları (Crashlytics) ve uygulama bütünlüğü (App Check, Play Integrity).
Google Play (Google LLC): Android uygulamasındaki satın almalar ve aboneliklerin yönetimi. Ödeme bilgilerini Google işler.
Apple Inc.: “Apple ile devam et” seçeneğini kullanırsan kimlik doğrulama.
Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları: yalnızca yasal zorunluluk hâlinde.

Yurt dışına aktarım: Hesabın, profilin, fotoğrafların, mesajların ve sohbet medyan Avrupa’daki sunucularda saklanır: veritabanı çok bölgeli eur3, dosya depolama çok bölgeli EU, sunucu işlevleri europe-west1. Buna karşılık kimlik doğrulama, bildirim gönderimi, analitik ve çökme/hata kayıtları Google’ın yurt dışındaki altyapısı üzerinden yürür ve Google LLC bu verilere erişebilir; bu nedenle kişisel verilerin Türkiye dışına aktarılır.

Aktarım KVKK m. 9 uyarınca açık rızana dayanır. Rıza, uygulamaya ilk girişte yalnızca bu konuya ilişkin ayrı bir ekranda, aydınlatma metnine yönlendirilerek alınır ve tarihiyle birlikte saklanır. Rızanı Profil > Güvenlik ve gizlilik ekranından geri çekebilirsin; hizmet bu aktarım olmadan sunulamadığı için geri çekme hesabının ve verilerinin silinmesi anlamına gelir. GDPR bakımından aktarımlar ayrıca hizmet sağlayıcıların veri işleme şartlarına ve AB Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri’ne tabidir.

8. Güvenlik

Tüm trafik HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir. Veritabanı ve depolama erişimi sunucu tarafı güvenlik kurallarıyla sınırlandırılmıştır; yönetim kopyaları istemcilere kapalıdır. Hassas işlemler (ör. hesap silme) yakın zamanda yeniden kimlik doğrulaması gerektirir ve yönetici işlemleri denetim kaydına alınır. Hiçbir sistem tamamen risksiz değildir; bir veri ihlali olduğunda mevzuatın gerektirdiği bildirimleri yaparız.

9. Yaş sınırı

Know You 18 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve kayıt sırasında 18 yaşından küçük bir yaş girilirse kayıt tamamlanamaz. 18 yaşından küçük olduğundan şüphelenilen hesaplar incelenir, askıya alınabilir ve silinebilir. Bir çocuğun Hizmet’i kullandığını düşünüyorsan crezapstudio@gmail.com adresine bildir.

10. Haklarınız

KVKK m. 11 uyarınca; kişisel verinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, şartları oluştuğunda silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğraman hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsin.

GDPR kapsamındaysan ayrıca erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, veri taşınabilirliği, meşru menfaate dayalı işlemeye itiraz ve rızanı istediğin an geri çekme haklarına sahipsin; rızanın geri çekilmesi önceki işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.

Başvurularını hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden crezapstudio@gmail.com’a gönderebilirsin; kimliğini doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz. Yanıtımızdan memnun kalmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na veya (GDPR kapsamındaysan) bulunduğun ülkedeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

Uygulama içinden şunları kendin yapabilirsin: profil bilgilerini düzenleme, konum ve bildirim izinlerini cihaz ayarlarından kapatma, analitik ölçümleri kapatma (Profil > Güvenlik ve gizlilik), engelleme ve hesabını silme.

11. Çerezler ve yerel depolama

Tanıtım sayfası çerez kullanmaz ve ziyaretçiye ait veri toplamaz; sayfadaki yazı tipleri Google Fonts üzerinden yüklendiği için tarayıcının IP adresi Google’a iletilir. Uygulama, tema, dil ve ölçüm tercihi gibi ayarları yalnızca cihazında saklar. Google Analytics for Firebase ölçümleri, Profil > Güvenlik ve gizlilik ekranındaki “Analitik ve tercih çerezleri” anahtarıyla kapatılabilir.

12. Acil durumlar

Know You bir acil yardım hizmeti değildir. Tehdit veya acil tehlike durumunda önce 112 gibi yerel acil yardım hatlarına başvur, ardından kişiyi uygulamada engelleyip bildir.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı Hizmet’teki veya mevzuattaki değişikliklere göre güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, son güncelleme tarihiyle yayımlanır; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde veya e-postayla ayrıca duyururuz.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your personal data is processed through the Know You mobile app and the landing page at knowyou.zapustudio.com (together, the “Service”). There is no browser version of the app; the landing page does not create accounts or collect personal data. It is based on Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If the Turkish and English versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

Know You is only for people aged 18 and over.

1. Data controller and contact

The data controller is Zapu Studio, operating in Turkey. The single contact address for privacy requests, support, content complaints and legal notices is crezapstudio@gmail.com; written applications are also received there. Requests are free of charge and answered within thirty days at the latest.

We do not ask for special categories of data (health, religion, political opinions, etc.); we recommend not adding such information to your profile or messages. No face recognition, biometric analysis or automated profiling is performed.

3. What other members can see

Your name, username, age, city, interests, dating intention, profile photos and verification badge on your profile card are visible to other members.
Messages and chat media are delivered only to the other participant in the chat. Remember that they can save content or take screenshots.
Your email address, phone number, precise location and IP address are never shown to other members.

We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it and do not show third-party behavioural ads. In-app announcements relate only to Know You products (Premium, Like+, Boost).

5. Moderation and authorised access

For safety, report handling, legal obligations and support, a limited number of authorised moderators can view stored messages, chat media and message requests. Access is role-based, images open through short-lived links and every admin action is recorded in an audit log. This access is never used for marketing.

Reports never turn into automatic penalties; every report is reviewed manually. Messages containing a link or phone number are not blocked; only a review flag is created, without copying the message text. No automated explicit-content analysis is performed. One-time media is removed from the chat once viewed; a restricted admin copy is kept for up to 90 days in case it is reported.

6. Recipients and service providers

We share your data only as far as needed to provide the Service, with the following providers acting on our behalf or under their own responsibility:

Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase and Google Cloud): authentication (email, Google sign-in), database (Cloud Firestore), file storage (Cloud Storage), server functions (Cloud Functions), web hosting (Firebase Hosting), notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), crash reporting (Crashlytics) and app integrity (App Check, Play Integrity).
Google Play (Google LLC): purchases and subscriptions in the Android app. Google processes your payment details.
Apple Inc.: authentication if you use “Continue with Apple”.
Competent public authorities: only where legally required.

International transfers: Your account, profile, photos, messages and chat media are stored on servers in Europe: the database in the multi-region eur3, file storage in the multi-region EU, and server functions in europe-west1. Authentication, notification delivery, analytics and crash/error records run on Google’s infrastructure abroad and Google LLC can access that data, so your personal data is transferred outside Turkey.

The transfer relies on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9. Consent is collected on a separate screen the first time you open the app, for this purpose only and with a link to the data protection notice, and is stored with its date. You can withdraw it under Profile > Safety and privacy; because the service cannot be provided without the transfer, withdrawal means your account and data are deleted. For the GDPR, transfers are additionally subject to the providers’ data processing terms and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

When a period ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. For the deletion steps and scope see Account deletion.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Database and storage access is restricted by server-side security rules; admin copies are closed to clients. Sensitive actions (e.g. account deletion) require recent re-authentication and admin actions are audit-logged. No system is completely risk-free; in the event of a data breach we make the notifications required by law.

9. Age limit

Know You is not intended for anyone under 18, and sign-up cannot be completed if an age under 18 is entered. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are reviewed and may be suspended and deleted. If you believe a child is using the Service, tell us at crezapstudio@gmail.com.

10. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, request that such actions be notified to recipients, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send requests from the email address registered to your account to crezapstudio@gmail.com; we may ask for additional information to verify your identity. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, where the GDPR applies, to the data protection authority in your country.

In the app you can yourself edit your profile, turn off location and notification permissions in your device settings, turn off analytics (Profile > Safety and privacy), block people and delete your account.

11. Cookies and local storage

The landing page sets no cookies and collects no visitor data; because its fonts load from Google Fonts, the browser’s IP address is sent to Google. The app stores settings such as theme, language and your measurement preference on your device only. Google Analytics for Firebase measurement can be switched off with the “Analytics and preference cookies” switch under Profile > Safety and privacy.

12. Emergencies

Know You is not an emergency service. If you face a threat or immediate danger, first contact local emergency services (e.g. 112 in Turkey), then block and report the person in the app.

13. Changes
